Aja di Gratta is lovingly restored from scratch, from an 1800 old ramshackle Stone Farm. The villa has been thoroughly renovated using the best materials and with carefully attention to the details that shows the love for Tuscany, Italy. The villa is close to the village of Montecatini Val di Cecina, 50 min. from Pisa Airport, and close to many attractions and activities in the area.

From the terrace and from the beautiful huge pool, you will be captivated by the stunning panorama view over Val di Cecina. While dazing in the pool, you can enjoy the sunrise or even the sunset, and you will experience the unique panorama landscape view change into a stunning painting, as the sun changes position in the sky.

The 350 m2 stunning villa is a perfect vacation retreat for your family or a group of friends and can accommodate 14-18 persons. The villa has 7 bedrooms with double beds, 6 bathrooms, kitchen family room and a living room, with a sofa bed for 2 persons. Also, on the ground floor, you will find 2 studios connected to the villa, each with 1 bedroom and double bed, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen.
In the villa and in the studios, there is room for extra beds or children cots, which of course is free of charge during your stay.
